This dealership gave me a significantly incorrect time estimate on a routine service job, then failed to update me during the repair. I wasted a day on this.

I asked for an appraisal, they insisted I sit down with a salesman to talk about it. This was after my 3 hour service took 8 hours. And the appraisal hadn t even initiated yet. I just wanted a number.

I took the car in later that week for a compensatory detail and to complete the appraisal. Was told the guy who had the number had already left for the day. I ve followed up by phone and by email to find out what the number is. Crickets.

There are lots of Ford dealerships in DFW. Service quality is very competitive. Consider choosing one that prioritizes a customer s time better than Travis team does.
