Fantastic customer service, super friendly knowledgeable staff, nothing is too much trouble. I have also had the experience of going to a cooking demonstration which was highly informative with a skilful chef who definitely helped me decide on which type of high end oven to purchase. Never disappointed with a trip to Knightsbridge s Divertimenti, always a pleasure.
