I've had too many awful experiences with their service department. I won't be bringing my car back here for service or buying a new one here.
They are simply here to rake in as much money as they can, and push aside fixing real issues.
Also, don't bother making an appointment, as they are going to prioritize the cars that drive up first and bring the most service dollars. I see this happen every time I go in. Anything less than $100, prepare to wait 2-5 hours.
