I have brought my car into this dealership's service dept for 13 years. Each and every visit was a great experience. The professionalism, the thoroughness and the honest appraisals are just a few of the reasons I will continue as a customer. The Sevice Advisors are top notch, extremely accommodating and honest with what they recommend or don't recommend for service. David Nelson and Nick Halvorsen are the two with whom I have dealt with the most. They are fantastic. I always feel they're looking out for my well-being and what's best for my vehicle. As much as I have enjoyed dealing with all of Walser Mazda, the primary reason that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them is because of the Service Dept. No doubt in my mind.
