We have been using their service department for four years. It does not compare with Lubbock. Our last visit my wife had her tires rotated / Inspected. They performed it, she left only to discover the tire was showing radials through & should have been replaced. Oil change not up front about synthetic oil & how often it need to be replaced. Also had my truck detailed here, very sub par job. They offered me another free wash to make up for it, but I had tld them I wanted inside & out to look new. Got truck & bed under my cover had not been touched. These are just a few of the problems, we will be changing to a new service department. The salesman will work hard to sell you a car but selection of vehicles, especially prius's is lacking.
