Low prices, low level of service when needed.
We had People's for 4 years. As soon as we needed them, to cover a repair to our home, it took about 7 months to get any money from them to do it. We had no cold water in our kitchen for that time. No surprise that they dropped us after the claim was settled.

We're not sorry we asked them to do what we paid them to do.
