The room I got is spacious and nice, but the view was of a another booking, make sure you ask for a good view as the hotel is located close to the lake. The hotel is considered a landmark and has a lot of character. Lobby and other common areas are grand and luxurious. All the staff that I talked to or met were extremely helpful and nice.
