A luxurious hotel but the elevators are not workin...

A luxurious hotel but the elevators are not working...Asked front desk about the elevators, he told me to choose between 2 different staircases!!! I don t blame him, he was a very nice guy...Also, on the 3rd floor there was a person leaving his empty plate outside the room, the plate was full of food waste and debris, it looked really unprofessional...Last, there was a funny sign on the 3rd floor on directions for how to navigate toward rooms, it had a factual mistake and it would lead you very far away from your destination (see image below for clarification)...No body has noticed this mistake, neither the managers, the engineers, the front desk, the security, the housekeepers, nor even the visitors...May be people don t pay attention anymore...Houston, we have a problem!
