Curious as to whether the practice of pulling a credit report without a person's permission when they've told the sales person they have approved outside financing is common with Walser? You know that's illegal, right? Just happened to me yesterday at one of your dealerships and the sales guy asked me to sign my approval at the END of my sale long after they had pulled my credit report- maybe while I was out doing my test drive. I said "What is this? Why would you have pulled my credit- my loan is already done." And he said "Oh, we need to make sure you are who you say you are." Are you kidding me?
