The worst customer service! Took upon myself to make repairs last year and still waiting for reimbursement. "Cheque going out next week" is what I am told after I hound their office. Over 1 year, still waiting. Months waiting for a response from emails.
Is anyone at the office?
Still waiting for the new common fees, that were to come out in October. They have not received any money from me , but monthly statements with interest and threat of lien still get mailed out.
