During the covid 19 where everyone is REQUIRED to ...

During the covid 19 where everyone is REQUIRED to where mask In places. I went to the calvert county health department and the women on the top floor has NO MASK while all her co-workers had one on. I took a picture for proof. I mean in the health department and no mask...why is she or anyone else who works there above the state mandate.
