I have been to visit this location two times, had made a decision to buy a Simplicity Camper Van at the dealership , the salesman was unable to find the keys, their excuse was that they were going to a motorhome show.

I was very very disappointed in this attitude, however there was one man who, came out his office and apologize he was very professional, but the sales person was a fly-by-night, totally unprofessional, totally unprepared, the fact is, when you sticker the motorhome with $101,000, at the MSRP, when other people are pricing it much cheaper on the Internet, you must supply superior service and be prepare.

My thoughts**. If they treat you like this whenYou re trying to purchase a unit, how will they treat you when you have a problem. I am now thankful that I did not purchase here .

My family has been in the automotive industry since the 1900s. I find it is unfortunate to see superior products being represented by dealership with such professionalism. I highly advise being very careful and cautious with this business.

It is a reality today in the RV industry that many of these dealers are only making their profits by going only to shows, therefore they do not have to worry in regards to local readings. They are able to feed on the sheep who are not good consumers, many times at these shows, making better profits due to emotional buying.

As a consumer you must hold accountable all vendors, you have very little power as a individuals, But you do have the power of your own personal wallet. In this case I have chosen not to spend my funds with this dealership, I advise you to use caution here and read reviews before proceeding.
