My car was damaged during a thunderstorm when two giant limbs fell on top of it durign the night. Joe Faircloth was awesome at keeping me up to date with the status of the repairs on my car, evern when I didn't answer the phone. I felt no need to even reply to his voicemails or the need to call to check on my car, bec Joe was constanstly calling to update me. It really gave me peice of mind to know my car was in good hands. . Jason Pack did a phenominal job on the body work. And the rest of the Collision team took care of the rest. I have to say that our car looks better now than when it went in. Not to mention how our car was detailed prior to its return to us. I have never recieved this type of excellent customer service with any other collision center. If you want Grade A service and the highest quality of repair.
