The first sign that we had mould was a slight discoloration on the insulation in our basement. After that there was a unusual smell. We called Matrix and ask them to come over and take a look. Guy price and a couple of workers who did siding came and looked at our basement and found some minor mould behind the insulation. They explained that if there is mould in our basement there must be a "paper problem." We all went outside and they pulled back some of the siding in one corner of the house. Sure enough, we discovered that the last 10 inches of one of the walls was not papered when the house was originally built. As they pulled away the old siding, other issues emerged. I was impressed by the professionalism and hard work done by the people Guy employed. Guy was flexible when it came to scheduling and worked around a holiday we planned in the middle of this job.
