I have had numerous times the problem with accessing my account. I am successful in resetting my password and I do receive this acknowledgement. When I go to sign in it says "something went wrong" . This occurs on an on going basis and therefore I have to call in. But their answering machines come on line and instead of having the customer leave a phone number they want us to hold for 50 minutes???
