Construction currently going on every day through the near future. Rooms are nice but service is unacceptable. After turning down the temperature for our room and going out to dinner for 2 hours we came back to a room that was almost 80 degrees. I tried calling the front desk but was HUNG UP on twice. I went to the front desk where the front desk person was on a cell phone and I saw her pick up and HANG up the hotel phone on another person while she continued her cell phone call. After explaining the room air wasn't working she told me "they had already checked the air in that room" and she would send someone leaving me to believe they already knew of the issue. We waited a half hour and no one came. I returned to the front desk where she told the other staff member who only then followed me to my room and I watch him only switch the thermostat from Fahrenheit to Celsius and feel the intake vent and said it was cool. How is the intake possibly producing cool air? Now we are currently still in the hot room with the windows only able to be cracked and our trash cans keeping them open. Lucky for us we are across the street from the trolley line. This night will be fun.
