Ordered $30,000 worth of windows from PGT... call...

Ordered $30,000 worth of windows from PGT... called to ask for specs on the door so we could frame our opening prior to the 6 week lead time... and was told they do not provide that information. Terrible experience and I haven t even received the product yet. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
