The office provided advance notice of the technician's arrival to do servicing, The technician was friendly, very thorough with his servicing and was honest with his results. The only reason for a less than 5-star rating was that the technician did not show up for the first appointment and we had to make another appointment to do the servicing. However, the company compensated for the no-show by extending my service contract a year without additional charge.
