I brought my Chrysler Town and Country in on Frida...

I brought my Chrysler Town and Country in on Friday. I had the same issue I ve had 2 previous times. The transmission is leaking fluid intermittently. The 2 previous times I brought it in there were no problems. I also requested them to look into my dvd/tv system since the screen had gone blank and I still had 6000 miles left into my warranty. I was called later the afternoon by Larry Fuller in the service department stating that they cannot check my transmission unless I purchase a new battery for $300. Not a terrible amount of money, however when the transmission is not ran off of the battery what s the point. I went down to the dealership and spoke with Larry. I asked him to put a new battery in my van just to check my transmissions and then put my old battery back and his exact words were we do not have any battery s in stock at this store. Ok I said, but you called me earlier and told me and said that if I bought a battery for $300 you could check my transmissions and dvd/tv... he said correct.. so I said, you guys don t carry any battery s in stock in your service department, but if I give you $300 right now for a battery, you can fix my transmission and my dvd/tv.. his exact words were YES..
Thank you Larry Fuller and Sahara Dodge for showing your true colors of lies and deception. At least you were honest about taking advantage of me Larry.. if you could have told me my alternator was acting up and under voltage I possibly would have had a normal conversation with you.
