Excellent lawyers. Which is most important. I can't thank my lawyer enough for the great job she did and she was wonderful to work with.
On the other hand the support staff leaves a lot to be desired. They have had my settlement dollars for a little over 2 weeks now and still unable to confirm exactly when it will be available to me. Even after numerous emails and phone calls.
Am I frustrated? YES !!!
