Not Impressed with Balwins. My wife has a ticket for Xmas party but unfortunately she had to have an operation. She has been told that she cannot have a refund. This is a bit extreme as medical evidence can be produced. They are just Greedy !!!! Xmas is supposed to be a time of giving. Well I would not give them my last penny. I am glad that my work has booked a nice posh hotel smack bang in the Centre of Sheffield. Much better would definitely recommend going there as staff much friendlier as the woman at Baldwins did not even ask how my wife was. Baa Humbug !!!!!!!
