DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!We had our pool installed by Stanley Pools. Mr. Stanley Sr. was a pleasure to deal with. And at the time I was given every assurance that this family run business would stand behind their product. This has not been the case. I am so disappointed by their lack of professionalism and follow through. I had experts come out and they informed me that our pool was improperly installed. The marcite or aggregate finish did not adhere properly from the original install and we have been left with a costly and faulty mess. One contractor I had come to give me an estimate could not believe the condition of the pool vs its age. He informed me that Stanley Pools is famous for this and my story is not the first he has heard regarding their poor workmanship. This is a unprofessional company clearly using substandard materials and techniques. When I finally got someone on the phone they scheduled with me and cancelled 3 times. The people in the office are rude and difficult to deal with. They never called back to reschedule. I am suspect that Mr. Stanley has passed the baton to his children who are running this business into the ground. I have thankfully found a company who has been able to completely rebuild my pool and has given me in writing ALL assurances necessary to properly stand behind their product. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR TIME TO FIND A REPUTABLE CONTRACTOR. DO NOT TRUST STANLEY POOLS !!!
