To celebrate my 65th Birthday and Eligibility for Medicare, I chose Blue Note Bakery to design and bake my birthday cake. After I answered questions about myself, the team created this unbelievable piece of art. The dogs on top of the cake look so much like our guys that we could easily tell which was which! Even in my highest expectations I did not imagine such a perfect cake/art piece. When we cut into it I was astonished at how moist and delicious the red velvet cake was - best I have ever had. The lemon, buttercream icing was light and delicious. The only negative thing I would say is that the cake became the center of attention at the party so I felt upstaged - I mean everyone there took pictures and selfies with the cake and didn't even ask me to join. :-) Looking for a great tasting cake that will be a subject of conversation and amazement from your guests - gotta go to Blue Note Bakery!
