Today I wanted to celebrate the children's birthda...

Today I wanted to celebrate the children's birthday of my 8th year daughter in Kinderstad.
Have some time ago bought my vouchers at SocialDeals and these I have today redeemed for the adults, that is, the children themselves paid say 100 which is a lot of money.
I made my reservation there a week ago via the reservation link and was told that my tickets would be at the ticket office and the reservation was confirmed.
Today I go there to celebrate a very important day for us and I am at the checkout this statement made "we have no free chairs and tables more" !!!
We have not even offered help to find a free space, so we are in there and have looked to the end of this hall for a free space ... in vain !!!
If anything we were in it for 10 minutes when it comes up. The children were impatient to cut the cake but unfortunately did not work. So I go back to the cashier where the cashier just ignored me until I had to draw attention to me three times, and then I was treated really rude and that was not enough because I did not even want to refund my money !!!
With which argument do you put a reservation link on the homepage !!!!
I am really angry and really disappointed that you can spoil such a nice day just so and then not even cooperative as a staff !!!!
Really very unfriendly staff, staff which only thinks about the achieved and the satisfaction of the customers not at all !!!!
I will demand my money back for the vouchers I acquired for this company, I will not invest a penny anymore, they will not earn my money which I do not earn hard !!!!
So far, I've always thought that the Dutch look very family-friendly but in this company, I was very wrong !!!!
