While the sales process was fairly smooth and uneventful, the service after the sale is extremely poor. I bought a used 2013 Nissan Altima. Yes I know it's a Chevrolet dealer, but a used car on a lot is just as good as the dealership itself. They should stand behind the sale.

The sales manager and I agreed to have the hood painted since the paint was peeling. Also, I asked for and got two keyless remotes one of which did not work and was the wrong remote anyway.

It took 9 weeks to paint the hood and get a new remote. The dealership was kind enough to provide a loaner car, but the response of their service manager when we called to check on the car was horrible. He is rude, threatening and not customer service oriented.

I cannot recommend this dealership to anybody.
