As far as I am concerned to deal with the situation here is quite good. The clerks are friendly and catered. Starting from Mbak Security guard in the lobby up to the staff upstairs. Friendly and cooperative.
I came here to take care of PPDB matters rather chaotic, so when I get to the office of Dispora the line is long and looks panic and impatience from visitors. But patiently the staff intervened to give direction.
