Beautiful hotel but the service could use alot of work in the pool area. The towel girl spends alot of time flirting with staff . The pool manager came to yell at another employee who was working in the pool area for who knows what reason. Which is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the people present and the employee. Hopefully you can counsal your staff on more professional behaviour .
