What all other community malls should be. It keeps reinventing itself with the times and keeps itself relevant. Easygoing, chill feel when walking through the place. It boasts the best public washrooms in the GTA - visiting the washrooms themselves is worth the visit.

The corner parking lot on the NE side of Bayview and Sheppard will soon be redeveloped with new towers and a new frontage for the mall likely by 2023-25. Hopefully TTC plays ball this time and integrates the subway station stop with the mall. You would think that's a no brainer but such is the case with Toronto public transit.
