I have read the reviews posted for Optimum RV and they tend to be very positive or very negative. My experience was positive. The dealership is growing quite fast and the pace of the site improvements has not kept pace with the growth. However, they have well over 400 RV's to choose from.

Everyone at the dealership that I had contact with treated me with respect and was professional. I had contact with the receptionist, sales person, finance man and also the manager. All interactions were positive.

My sales person was George. My budget was small and my dreams big. George was patient and tried to bring the budget and dream together, which he did. When the sale was complete, George was right there helping me get everything wrapped up on the unit and on the road.

Used RV's are sold as is and I was made aware of that. Everything I pointed out prior to purchase was taken care of. I did find a couple of more small items after leaving that I am going to take care of myself. Just check things over before leaving and I suspect you will have a good experience, just as I did.
