Review of Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur

This hotel doesn't worthy as 5 stars hotel at all....

This hotel doesn't worthy as 5 stars hotel at all. We stayed at Club King room ( which supposed to be get the most best service) unfortunately we found endless bad experiences of staying. First we can't find a car parking as this hotel only has very old,less maintenance and small parking space, they forced us to pay vallet parking cost RM 20 which put our car paking outside for day and night. It's kinda unfair, as we are the hotel guest but have to pay parking.
Second, the room is soo smelly and mouldy, I feel like hard to take breath.
Third, the foods is kinda terrible which we got from lounge for club room, those are not fresh and kept in the fridge for some times.
Fourth, we have horribly nightmate staying for thr last day here as this hotel doesn't have SOUNDPROOF which make we should get annoyed by our neighbors who back and forth from one room opposite us to next door and make some noise which hotel can't handle it.

Owwhh Don t forget, it takes Ages for check in as their staffs is really slow to work.

The only good thing is location which walking distance to Sunway Putra mall, if the mall is not there, i believe this hotel will be so paralyzed.
