Worked with Chris Pena, who was incredibly friendly and accessible. He listened to what we wanted (even when we were vague) and nailed it within two cars. The test drive and following negotiations/signing was far smoother and easier than I thought possible. All the staff who we spoke with, from Ken and Tanessa at the initial inquiry, to Chris our sales man and the manager Valerie who looked into getting us the exact color we were looking for, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience. I can see why they are #1!
