There is a good array of animals to see here. It seemed like most enclosures were spacious, except for a few for some of the larger cats. Bring a stroller for small kids, seeing everything involves a lot of walking. The signs outside the enclosures were in Italian and English. The zoo seems well-kept, in general (for people and animals). I thought the prices were a little steep though (I believe around 16 Euro for adults and 13 for kids over 1 meter), but double-check the website. Overall, recommended as a whole-day outing. Get there early when most animals are awake and getting fed (you might even score parking if you drive).
