I came from Europe to see the famous Eden Rock Hotel. First of in Europe this is comparable to a 3 Star hotel if not less.
The workers made a "mistake" when they charged to much for the room. That in itself is no issue mistakes happen. What the issue was is that it took 45 Minutes discussing in order for the mistake in their professional calculation to be corrected. All seem nice but no one is really helpful and this in my opinion is a no go if you charge nearly the highest price in Miami
