I brought my 2001 Cavalier Z24 into Service to see if it was fit to make a long road trip from Northern OR to southern UT. They found alot of problems and advised me not to drive the car on such a long trip without making costly repairs. Although I was disappointed to receive such news, I was a little excited to look at new cars! (2016 update: my son and his friend fixed an oil leak for about $40 in parts and the 2001 is running great!)

I walked onto the lot with Gavin Mulkey and soon narrowed my choice down to the 2013 Cruze. We took a long, leisurely test drive and parked so Gavin could show me how some of the many interior features worked. I was so impressed with his knowledge and patience with me! His delight and interest in the car was infectious and made me hungry to learn more.

The next day I drove away in my fully loaded 2013 LTZ Cruze. We had to have it driven down from another dealer since they had the exact model I was looking for - down to the trim, color, and every feature. The buying process couldn't have gone more smoothly or been more pleasant, and I look forward to driving this Chevy for many years to come! (2016 update: the 2013 Cruze has been in for non-maintenance problems NINE TIMES in the last 2 1/2 years to Carr for service! This I know is a reflection on manufacture and NOT service. I think I should've bought a car with no computer or electrical!)
