Jonathan Cha went out of his way to lie to me about the DMV readiness of paperwork he HAD NOT DONE on a car purchase at this dealership. I still don't know why he couldn't tell the truth instead of LIES every phone call. Utterly shameful. This purchase was on 5/9 and I'm still bitter.
