I had a face and neck lift in early 2014. Dr Teitelbaum had come so highly recommended I had complete confidence in him and his work, so much so I did not seek a second opinion. Although the facelift turned out all right (I ended up with somewhat more jowly cheeks than I anticipated) post surgery there were many problems: I could immediately see that my nose was lopsided; it subsequently had to be redone. On the second surgery Dr T left packing in my left nostril. I had a terrible runny nostril for several days with no clue as to its cause until finally, to my surprise, the bloody packing came out on its own (and the sniffles immediately disappeared). Finally, when I commented to both Dr T and his office manager Vicky that the area under my chin and upper neck felt very numb they each reassured me that it would quickly pass. Four years later it has not.
