I had gotten my hair colored here 5 years ago and had a decent experience. So I came back to get my hair extensions done. I get them done every three months and always get the same similar color same length. We agreed on the price color and length. When I got there the hair way shorter than the length agree. I asked him to adjust the price and he refused. So I walked out of the Solon without my service. There was never any apology and I had to fight them to get my deposit back and finally recovers it a week later after calling several times. This is not the way to do business. And I wish I had saved my self the headache. I felt scammed.
