My Mom suffered a stroke on St. Patrick's Day and was airlifted to Sarasota Memorial. The rest of the family lives in Michigan, and the distance didn't keep the staff from keeping us up-to-date on all of the things that happened so quickly. The staff was so patient with my calls, and when I arrived in Sarasota, they were so efficient and just plain excellent! The Critical Care nursing staff was excellent, the physicians and specialists were excellent, and the case management staff was excellent too! I am so thankful for this hospital and staff. My Mom is recovering nicely and I truly believe her life was saved because of their expertise and care. Thank you isn't enough!
