It has been very difficult to get a live representative on the phone. I have waited on hold for nearly an hour before hanging up. It is also extremely difficult to be reimbursed for prescription copays. The individuals they hire know little to nothing about how health insurance works, and I have currently been trying to get reimbursed for over 30 days now. It's sad when these charities keep funding for themselves instead of the patients the funds are meant to serve. I do not recommend this charity.
