ARC Realty Agent Tyler Whitten first "forgot" about our appointment. After rescheduling for another day, I received a phone call and text message at the appointment time telling me she is on the way. 15 minutes later I receive several text messages explaining that she did not get clearance to the enter the home. I call and express my dissatisfaction for her to tell me "I can't help you; call the number on the sign" and hangs up on me. She then texts me "You are absolutely not going to get anywhere with me with that kind of hostile attitude." I request her manager's contact information and she replies that she is not comfortable meeting with me.

This is an embarrassment of customer service and ridiculous lack of effort to even make the appearance this company cares about it's clients. Absolutely deplorable.
