Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience
I have a shop over the road in the Canongate. Scaffolding went up April meant to be down for the Festival in August, busiest month of the Year. No notification that it wasn't coming down, bought a heap of stock to make up for the 3 months devastating decline in business.Finally came down Mid September, Summer ruined.Then had 3 people from EWH in 3 days quoting me various amounts of compensation last one said NOTHING. I have had to pay a full-time member of staff off as they do not have a plan for this situation as it "normally works out OK". I know have no idea how we are going to survive the Winter. but the building looks Nice.
