go to big rental car companies. I rented a car in the Vancouver location, their definition of "damages" is anything they feel like.

I rented cars for a long time from the US, Canada, HK and London, all the major car rental companies will give you a definition of damage. Cometic damages are not included if its smaller than a certain area which they will provide you with a circle to measure.

I barely drop the car, and i did not hit anything AT ALL. Even dropped it off early cause we just needed for the afternoon. I get an email in the morning saying there are damages like i went drag racing..with a corolla.
