I bought my first new car in 19 years and decided to go with a Volvo after driving Toyotas for over 30 years. I fell in love with the XC40 and ordered it, knowing it would be a 3 month wait. The car came in right when expected. My salesperson, Deborah Amster, was warm, professional, caring, and accessible. She answered all my questions and always followed up on any outstanding questions. The financial rep, Kevin Bergeron, was great as well. He locked us into an excellent rate for the loan. Picking up the car was also a great experience. In the past, picking up a new car has always been painful and slow--taking as much as 3 hours. Volvo was a completely different experience. I am so happy with my new Volvo!
