Below Is my initial experience with Gateway Chevrolet. I would like to update that I have been impressed with how they have remedied the situation for me. I was promptly contacted by Howard who provided me with an honest apology on behalf of the dealership. I would also like to mention the efforts of a manager named David. David went above and beyond to make sure my window tint was taken care of. A loaner vehicle was dropped off at my place of employment and I was personally greeted by David. My window tint was completed in less than 24 hours ready for me to pick up. Although their was a rocky start to my experience with Gateway I am pleased to report they've followed through and resolved my issues.

Initial Review:
I have only owned Chevy's and loved every Chevy I've ever driven. I bought my car two weeks ago and have had a terrible experience with every department of Gateway. Initially my down payment was inaccurately recorded and I was quickly refunded instead of giving me the option to redo my paperwork. The purchasing took a total of 6 hours and for a majority of the time I was just waiting in the lobby. The salesman Kevin had promised to set up my computer system with a Wifi password which was not completed or voiced to me. I purchased the Gateway package which comes with Window tinting. I was not informed that this is an outside company that requires you to make a separate appointment outside of the dealership. I made an appointment with the dealership last weekend to complete the window tinting not realizing this is an outside company. The dealership and salesman had no idea what I was talking about and made me feel stupid for even coming down there. I was told by the service technician Zach that someone would be in touch with me Monday. Knowing they probably wouldn't reach out I took Zach's card and left him a voicemail yesterday (Monday) which was not responded to. I just called the dealership right now and they informed me that someone would call me back. This is now my third unsuccessful attempt at scheduling what should be an easy process to get my windows tinted. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership and am seriously regretting my decision to purchase a car here and have my car fully serviced here. I would not recommend purchasing a car here at all and wish zero stars was an option for a rating. The environment is very old school and their are a line of men waiting to approach you when you park at the dealership which can be intimidating for any customer. Very unorganized and terrible communication within this dealership. Please at a bare minimum respect the customers time! I dread any future interaction I have to make with this dealership.
