I experienced great service during my initial visit. However, my next two appointments were rushed and services were not fully completed. I am disappointed in the customer service and tact. The salon owner left a nasty voicemail arguing that her stylist could never make a mistake. I will NOT return and I suggest finding a salon that takes the time to learn about their new client, properly care for their clients hair and does not treat you like a number.
