While the hotel itself was nice, they lose 2* for ...

While the hotel itself was nice, they lose 2* for charging for "incidentals". They charged my credit card $26.40 more than my confirmation email stated. When I called the hotel to complain, the lady I talked to said "there's a sign out front saying we charge for incidentals". Poor answer! You need to have the front-desk people tell customers that as well. We don't like unpleasant surprises.
