very dishonest people! Bought a friendship ring for $700 over a year ago. Took it in for them to check and clean. They said it had over 14 prongs that needed to be fixed for more than price of the ring. We took it to Kay jewelers , they said only 2 were needed to be fixed for less than a $ 100. We looked at their diamonds a few months back , found out they were way overpriced compaired to real jewerly stores. This store should be run out of town!
