I was waiting for my flight on November 8 when there was a fire alarm and instructions to evacuate the airport. We were not to use the elevators. I was in a wheelchair. None of the attendants or uniformed personnel knew what to do with the wheelchair bound people. Perhaps some retraining is needed. I felt very vulnerable.
