Unfortunately, I can actually not assign a star. If anyone deserved praise at all, it was the lady on the phone today - she recommended that we quit and canceled the invoice! We actually wanted to buy software from this company for our business. This could not be installed. After contacting the paid support number, nothing changed in the situation. Despite several written complaints, to which the nice answer always came: "Your concern is important to us - we will contact you immediately!", Nothing happened. Our concern has been ignored for some time now. The technician who was supposed to help us simply did not take the telephone and remote maintenance appointments. Service is definitely something else. The lady today was very nice and explained to us, however, that general service and support are not linked and that she cannot pass on my complaint directly ... but she will do so via her department management ... however - - we have canceled the subscription, the bill will not be paid and we decided on other products .... very bad.
