While I don't usually review, or comment on, goods...

While I don't usually review, or comment on, goods and services procured, I feel remiss if I don't provide this feedback to the MarkSYS management and potential customers. Especially in the service sector, client relationship cannot be overemphasized. Employees can make or break a company. PAT BREUKER is one such employee that has won me over. For opener, he professionally handled my direct mail order. He actively listened to my concern regarding the company policy (or the lack of), which does not provide an exception to fee assessment on a returned "virtual check" when the customer is not at fault. Mr. Breuker took the initiative and led by example to illustrate the essence of client service by issuing a refund out of his own pocket, while dialoguing internally to resolve the matter and to strive to improve this policy for benefit of future customers.
